My only suggestion would be to crop the top a bit - change the aspect ratio to 5x4. Great timing on the shot to get the hands reaching, and that bread looks good.
perhaps a little blurry on the main subject...the top of the image should have been cropped as well to add to the composition...I like the story it tells, the bread looks fantastic
so his house burnt down and he's selling pieces of the charred fiberglass to finance the reconstruction? Or is that real artisan pain? Yes, it's all about bread !!
