 This photo was an exercise in exposure for me because the shot was taken into the sun and the light on the fog was very bright.

I am so inspired by Gringo's Cloudy Corners photo that I wanted my own little cloudy corner...(I'm sure he never would have turned his purple..haha!) But, sometimes, I just gotta be ME! I love purple.

This was one of my favorite shots for this challenge, I gave it a 10.

I know how hard it is to shoot directly into the sun and still keep the exposure from blowing out. This is remarkable....

When I first saw this, I thought to myself.... I wonder how my cloudy corners shot would look in purple.

I might have cropped more of the black out because it takes away from the rhythm of the clouds... but its great coloring, movement and what a moment!

Stunning composition!
The purple color adds punch to the surreal.
Excellent light metering in this. It’s difficult to shoot into the light and maintain the exposure and detail throughout the rest of the shot as well as you've managed here. Very nice work! 10 from me.
