Challenge: Free Study 2007-07 (Advanced Editing V*)
Camera: Nikon D200
Lens: Nikon AF Nikkor 35mm f/2.0D
Location: Mt. Pilchuck
Date: Jul 15, 2007
Aperture: 9.5
ISO: 100
Shutter: 1/160
Date Uploaded: Jul 20, 2007

My wife, my two dogs, and myself returning from the top of Mt. Pilchuck.

Post Processing in Nikon Capture.
Slight crop off of right do to viewfinder error.
I over saturated it a bit, but people like icky colors for some reason. I think it needs more contrast with my wife and the two dogs (one you can hardly see). It still needs some additional post work, but I am too lazy.

Since it is a FreeStudy and my current trend, guessing a 5.2.

Jayson, great DOF here! This really gives a sense of place and how small we are in the grand scheme of things.

Beautiful scenery Jayson. I'll bet there would be some great shots up there on a foggy day. Great job.

A very nice mountain scene, but the foreground is so busy & brown that I didn't notice the dog until my second time through the entries.

Very nie. I loce the comp on this. Lighting looks well contained for what loosk like a harsh lighting situation. Overall a great photo. 8.
