A pretty shot, Jeb. I think 5.8 is about right. I'm not sure you could improve the score much, but to me, the partially blurred, partially sharp bits distract me. I think I'd like it even better if it were more blurred, making it more of an abstract. Wonderful colors and contrast, though. :)

The colors and "abstractness" is wonderful! I actually wish the whole thing was as OOF as the top petals..(I bet you've never heard that before!)...The sharp stamen kinda breaks the flow up. I also wished the whole frame was filled with petals (leaving out the dark background gaps).....Overall nice photo and I bet it would love beautiful on a wall....
