Really nice portrait, sharp eyes, good lighting, nice DOF. Only thing I would say is I may prefer it cropped more on the left so the face is less central.

Oh! Her elbows are cut off! Negative points for you! Only kidding! Though others will probably ding you because the source of the light isn't obvious.

Pretty model, I love freckles and the natural feel. This image just really seems like a pretty candid, like at-home amatuer photos as opposed to a portrait. I think that has a lot to do with the background and the very flat lighting.
