Distracting background and badly out of focus subject. Take some time to get to now your camera - in particular where the autofocus points are, and how they behave.

Nice image, the lighting is really good, I would have taken this outdoors or with the advanced editing I would have lightened or darkened the background, other than my little nit-pics, the image is great, 6.

The problem with this image is that the model isn't in tight enough focus, and the background behind the pink blanket thing is too clear, and distracting and messy.
