I feel that this type of shot really needs a little more expression in the models face - hapiness/fun/laughter etc to pull it off effectively. The contrast against the clear blue sky is good.

It woulda been way cooler had this been landscape orientation so that we can see all of the flicked hair.

I like the motion blur of the hair whilst the face is sharp. I think it's too tightly cropped, I'd like to see all of the hair.
