Maybe he'd like to play poker with that other bearded guy. Nice shot, good strong expression. I'd like to see the focus a little sharper -- especially the eyes.

I like that you went with a sepia for this shot, to give it the nostalgia/vintage look. I think the sepia coloring could be a shade or two lighter, though and the portrait sharpened more overall. But great capture, none the less!
