Nice foggy picture. I was going to comment that it would be nice to have 1 or 2 people in the fog, but then noticed there are 2 people there. They're just kind of hard to see. Maybe capturing them on the back green part of the street would be better.
Your image gives me a spooky kind of feeling, like someone could be lurking in a nearby alleyway. For me, my eyes seem to rove all over the image and there's no one focal point (such as a person or object) to hold and/or add additional interest to your image.
