 Asked my step Father if he would sit for me. This picture just captures his personality perfectly. It's not cropped, just converted to B&W and a tweek to the brightness and contrast. I have no clue with Photoshop.

Perhaps the shadow on the man's face is too dark... the picture has an almost eerie or scary quality, and I'm not sure that was your intention.
