The dog, which is the main focal point is out of focus. The centered composition does not work. If he were to the left it would draw the viewer to look out at the expansive scenery with him.

Your subject (the dog)is out of focus while your background is in complete focus. Should be the other way around.

Focus on dog too loose for me. Also, composition is ho-hum, with the dog so central.
Nice looking dog though, and good clouds.
