This is a photo of one of several Native American arrowheads found by my grandfather in Michigan decades ago near Saugatuck, along with a modern day metal arrowhead ("broadhead"). The image compares ancient "technology" (chipping of stone) with modern technology (metallurgy). A wolverine hide was used as a background to portray a wildlife/hunting aura and to take advantage of the design in the fur.

There is something disconcerting about the fur template - it seems almost pornographic. This might say more about my psychology than your photograph, but it might be helpful to show the edges of the pelt so it is clearer what we are looking at. I think I would have had the arrowheads pointing at each other to play up the idea of dichotomy. Most interesting choice of subject. 7
I like the concept but the wolverine fur really takes over the photograph, im looking at the hair wondering where it came from and why it is there instead of looking at the arrowheads, a simpler background would have been more approriate in my opnion
