 An early morning sunrise taken from Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park located in Bar Harbor, Maine.

I used a polarizer with two split stop ND filters to control the light above.

love the orange/red glow off the rocks - but the tilted horizon - higher on the left than the right - is a problem for me

Without reading the title, I knew this was probably Cadillac Mountain. It's quite a view. I've never done sunrise, but have done sunset there. Maybe next time I go back.

Your horizon looks like it's got a slight tilt to it. It could just be perceptual, but it still seems to be there. I have a have a favorite spot to shoot and I get the "perceptual tilt" all the time, even though the cammera is completely level.

I feel that there is too much foreground otherwise lovely colors, excellent detail
