This is nice. I like the distinct foreground/background with good use of DOF. If the exposure was picked up a notch or two it would score even higher IMO. The flower petals should be closer to a true white. Just a small bump with curves would do it - perhaps even a histogram adjustment?

I love the background and the colors, it's just too bad that you didn't use the full 640 pixels that you are allowed to use.
