Yes it's just a cat, another cat, nothing great about her: no extra head, no third eye, no ability to speak french, but I think it's a cool shot. Her fur is a bit over exposed in places unfortunately.

Not a great photo by any means, I entered it to pay homage to Boo [the cat] since she was put down shortly after this pic. .. she looks bored because she's on kitty prozac [yup, there's such a thing] for being over hyper. She was put down for that very reason, she was out of control and potentially harmful to children.
Only because I know cats climb up to high places do I get the point of view that the photographer was probably trying to make. Because the picture is framed so tightly, it limits the photo so that there is no cat's-eye view, no scope or point to see. The angle is also somewhat strange. However, the contrast is good and it is a good cat photo.

"While you might have spent Herculean amounts of effort to attain this shot, I would have preferred if that time and effort had been spent finding a more compelling, interesting and imaginitive subject to shoot, and to shoot well. 2 points for a somewhat interesting point of view."
