At first I thought this was just a bad hand-held fireworks shot, but I'm bumping it up now that I can see the witch's image. This must have been a fortunate accident.
The image per se doesn't do much for me, but the camera shake does at least add some quirkiness to it. What's nice is the title, which is so evocative and causes me to look again, finding shapes and characters and emotion in the squiggly lines of light.
