hmmmm - this is screaming for sharper focus or was this a small cropped section of a much bigger image? Kinda' noisy too.

On my screen, it looks ever so slightly out of focus, especially the middle part of the flower. IMHO, the image would benefit in this case if that particular section were tack sharp. Not sure though ....

Also, the inline is irregular - is that on purpose?

The middle looks almost like a sea urchin but with pom pom fringe on the outside edges.

This is so unusual, reminds me of little pom pons or tamborines with fringe. Wish the focus was a bit sharper.

I have no clue. I don't know flowers at all. I just shoot 'em... This image is MUCH bigger than life-size on your screen though...
