This is a very flawed picture.. the contrast is not right. it's too busy and the composition ain't that fine either.. but I loved the setting..
and the oddness of the composition is solely due to my tresspassing, wall climbing ways..

spooky building would definitely give nightmares. I would have scored it higher if there was a mysterious but discernable person looking through the window. I see shapes, but I think it's just stuff inside.

I find the crop to be odd - why cut the lower window in half?
