Great shot, nice moment. I like the boat, the sunlight in the hair, and how clear the people are, but, the background could have been a little less blurred, as it might have added to the mood. But, my opinion doesn't really matter. I'm guessing you got exactly the effect you wanted.
I've ponder this one several times....I really want to like it more than I do cause it is such an excellent POV with great DOF. But I cannot get by the blocking of the young girl by the rower. Do not know what you could have done to avoid it.
Technically very nice DOF although I feel the BG should be a little more visible. The girl in yellow imo, is extraneous and distracting. Colors are very vivid. Meets the challenge them well.
Rats! I really like shots with titles - they are windows into the photographers mindset. That said, I like the off-center treatment and the arm of the rower (girl in yellow jacket takes away from the intensity of the shot IMO) Nice composition
I believe this is the best photograph in this challenge. I love the DOF - the way is forces your eye to the sunlit spot on her leg and THEN to her hair. It's very appealing to me. Good luck.
