Just a thought, but maybe could have used a little more emphasis on his reaction to make the title understandable.

Well, if it's the USA, it's gotta be in the Vegas or Phoenix areas. Maybe not because I don't think the water is still that cold. Right now, it's 8:42am and already 104f - Happy 4th of July - it should be 116f here today. Quit standing there man and jump in the water!

Oh I remember days like this on the Colorado river. Cold in the water and burning up outside of it. Well done.
