 Trying to redeem myself after such a poor showing last time. I just added a screen and soft light layer. I thought the coloring of the sky after the rain was very pretty.

I think firstly, your title is self-destructive. Secondly there is more sky than water in this image: different cropping would have placed more emphasis on the water. The red hue is dramatic and there is nice use of silhouetted mountains.
