Man I combined several editing techniques and can't remember for sure..but lets give it a try here.
Rough select of the background with feather on 150px.
Adjustment layer - curves - darkened
Reselect
inverse selection
Adjustment layer - curves - lightened
Adujustment layer - hue/sat - desat all exept for red, yellow, and magenta
Magic wand selection of pink thong
Inverse selection
Adjustment layer - hue/sat - desat all
Reselect
adjustment layer - hue/sat - color - click colorize
Reselect on original layer - all but thong
Copy/paste
gaussian blur
Heal tool around edges of thong.
Heal tool on butt to rid of slight stretch marks.

Is that a man's backside(sorry if I offend), but it doesn't look smooth enough to be a ladies. And if it does happen to be a lady you've got pretty big feet.
mmmm..... the paintimg on thebackground is distracting, you need a better post on the skin and the foots are in a bad position. why two heels? the second is unhelpful and distracting because i can't see the shoe that in this case do the photograph.
Had a hard time figuring this out at first =). I think better lighting (using bounce flash rather than direct flash) would help this image. Think the selective desat works wo..
