 resize, exposure, contrast, flatten, USM.

This was taken at the Vashon Island ferry terminal at Point Defiance in Tacoma, WA. The original shot was underexposed so I boosted the exposure 3.00 with CS2 and slightly darkened the dark areas with the contrast tool. This fisherman was going out at sunrise from the marina near the ferry dock.

I suggest rotating a few degrees. It just looks very wrong to me when water isn't horizontal.

I love the silhouette and the tones, but the horizon is tilted to the right. I'd straighten it out to make the shot seem more balanced.
