on a cloudy overcast day a few cockatoos were flying around the house and the nieghbors as it was starting to rain shot off a few shots for solo challenge the light was not very good and useing the long lens didn't help, after adjusting tone in raw, tone mapped to give some light.

This is great. Very appropriate title, too. A little tight on the bottom crop, though--just a little more space between the edge and the tail feather would have helped if you had it available.
