Very nice shot!
I like the motion used in the picture... the train and the people.
I think the picture is a bit too bright though. The lights on the top of the picture are a distraction. They catch my eye before anything else. Then my eyes see the light stripe on the bench.
I also would've like to see more people in focus. There are alot that are, but some could be just a bit crisper.
Not a bad shot overall - just some minor things I found. :)

Creative - like the blend of crisp and blurry people. Intesting lighting (except for the top most light - too hot and distracting) all in all a captivating pic.
