nice silohette but a couple of things bug me about this shot, one is the cropping of the tree on the left and secondly the way it is leaning makes the photo seem unbalanced somewhat. Now i know you can't do much about a leaning tree, but perhaps it would have look better had the whole tree been in the frame!
On the plus side you've shown good technical ability to produce the silohette effect, the lighting is spot on. 5
