Sorry, it's not a toaster :-)
Yes, it was easy, but nobody got it: Leucanthemum vulgare :-P
Maybe not a great puzzle, but it's a macro for sure: I shot this with a 50mm macro at 1:2 with an extension tube, so the magnification is at least 1:1.
I also tried a thighter crop but the composition was not so good and finally I decided to go with this one.Message edited by author 2007-06-27 03:48:46.

Maybe easy to guess but I'm guess not really easy to capture...at least not to your quality. The colors are right where I'd expect them, nice white whites. Cool how you caught some of the center parts in different phases of growth...would have been a great transistion submission but better here. Well done.

Pretty flower but not much of a puzzle I don't think. I do love the DOF in this.

Daisy? Wish this had a bit more of a soft and warm coloring, but it's a great crisp macro.

Is this a circuit board to a new age toaster? Nice use of DOF. I like it.

You are right it is pretty easy, it is a daisy type flower, If I am wrong I will feel such a fool.

Flower. Yes, very easy. Nice detail on the center with interesting mini-flowers opening up from the pistels or whatever they are.

not really a puzzle, but its ok, not bad...

it is not a puzzle, but it is a nice macro...a tighter crop (without the pedals) might make it puzzling.

It is pretty :) A lovely soft capture. Nicely lit and composed. Might get voted down for the puzzling part of the challenge.

Not really. It's certainly not a puzzle and not really a macro either. Nice exposure though and technically well done.

Yep, but still a lovely shot. I really like the tight centre of the flower with the little buds opening. You could have gone even more macro and had people wondering about the ones just about to open.

Really nice macro even if it is not too puzzling.

Sure is, it's the back side of an elephant, sorry I meant a flower.
