Little flat coloring with everything sort of blue think it might be stronger if the stringers on the right were shown completely. Looks like they are on the other side of the upright just not reflecting the light. A great perspective shot just dull.

Hmmm... I think that I could accept under the bridge but this looks to me like the side of the bridge. You are really underexposed. You lost the detail under the bridge and most of the detail of the far support cables.
