Chaotic, but in a good way. To me, there's lots to see and find in this. Like the upper right corner where it says "come check us out" which seems to go nicely with the "To" and no particular destination.
The idea is good, but the composition is a bit cluttered, I think, and the bright areas around the back of the bus tend to attract attention away from what it appears you want the subject to be.
I think this would have been better if you would have isolated the bus with the crop or even better the camera angle. I think that the background here is quite cluttered and detracts from the shot.
