My first thought was ugghh... But then I took a (mental) step back and looked again. Great placement of hand over behind to hid most of the ewww factor. Nice lighting. Nice choice of b/w. Great placement in the frame to give your viewer just enough of your subject. I would normally say your frame is a bit too impressive but it seems to work here. You do seem to have some jaggies on the diagonal parts of his leg which is probably from the resize.
