The left check light is a little stong and overall it could use a lower exposure at least for my tates.

wish she were looking a bit more into the frame, so we could see more of her iris/pupil and less of the white of her eye

I very much like the composition and the sly almost mischevous smile! This appears just a touch too yellow on my monitor - easily adjusted in post prior to printing if that is indeed the case. And this should be printed.
