I like this for it's texture and closeness. When you take ordinary things and make them larger than we are used to seeing, they take on an entirely new life of their own.
Very effective. Just looking at this shot makes my nose start to run! Awesome detail and good composition. Was the resolution to quit smoking or to fill up ashtrays? Hopefully you were able to quit:)

Just the sight of that would be enough to put me off. But then maybe that's because I've never been a smoker. Whatever, it communicates the message well.

Good composition and lighting. This brings back memories. I really wish you the best of luck, I kicked the habit over 5 years ago and don't regret it one bit.
