Taken in my frontyard yesterday evening. I loved the star patterns and the blazing yellow! Hope it works for pure, as I see the yellow as very pure.
converted from RAW, cropped, levels, resized for web..wish I could cloan out the vertical lines, but alas...

Great DOF but I think your imgage is a little bit too busy. The purple in the background is distracting the eye flow and the greeen causes my eyes to wander all over the screen.
