Great range of greys here. Some much detail in the hair. The photo seems a bit too posed to me and another soft light coming in from the right could make the shadows a little less harsh. Great job.
If only one of thr girls was looing at the camera I think this shot would have been a seller but the girl looking in the back looks like she is the trouble maker and everyone else looks like they are wondering what is going on.
Very clever shot. All the girls have great expressions/eye direction except for the top right one. I would have changed her hand position and moved eye contact elsewhere.
