this looks more like a snapshot to me than a composed picture. 2 of the 3 faces are partially covered. the bright lights and the 4th guy are distracting. Your exposure on the other side is good. only small parts of the white t-shirt are blwon out. tones of the skin and cloths remain natural.
delayed response but.... yes, it's a snapshot. taking the time to compose a photo is easy, studio shots are a dime a dozen. get three random guys on an Manhattan street corner to pose for a random photo and you've captured something real.
