I like the way you have cropped this - the dark windows make me wonder who is inside. Love the colors of the building. This would be better if the lighting weren't so harsh, especially the white door.
The building aspect of this image is very strong. I don't feel like the person is nearly as interesting as the scene. Catch an interesting moment with this bg and you'd have a winner.
