Editing steps were mostly dodge-and-burn. I accidentally forgot that this is a 640pixel challenge and had finished all of my edits and saved it at 800 pixels without any sort of backup (I usually keep a .psd file of my work). So I had to re-load the 800 pixel image and resize it (I was too lazy to start over). So I'm sure the quality has been degraded. Such is life.

All of the problems with this IMO are with the two patrons, You can't see the boy for the smoke, and the girl is a little too much in the shadows. Not bad for the shooting conditions though.
Nice chef at work shot and the presence of the diners in the image definitely adds something. Very well executed although possibly lacking a real 'wow' factor
