Lacking some much needed sharpness and you can tell it's at an aquarium which i feel means you may have been able to get something a little better under controlled lighting etc.
Very interesting take on challenge. Wonder how this will score. I know the quality isn't all that great but it's really hard to get a shot under water with all the bubbles and stuff floating around and all that glass with the smudges and fingerprints all over it. So Kudos on the attempt!

Interesting image, get the feeling that it may almost have been taken outside and aquarium looking in while someone cleaned it. The 'noise' is a shame but inevitable whether you were under the water or not
