I was standing on the South Bank, London, UK looking at a dismal sight of Tower Bridge when the clouds behind me broke up and shone brilliantly onto the bridge.
No HDR here, simply shot and edited with levels, curves, saturation.
I'm not sure if the colour or B&W image is better, grain has been added to the B&W image for an antique feel.
I think I like the black and white the best - this has such a cool, creepy, almost castle-like atmosphere to it. This would be neat to see with even more contrast, and some burning and dodging. Awesome image!
