i agree, this usually doesn't work too well, ie things coming out of heads, but here the lines work very well, the diagonal is right on with the tilt of her head, the horizontal passes right thru line on her eyes, and the vertical frames her. if the colors and subject weren't so powerful you may have a tough time getting away with this, but here it is very cool (i supposed she must be dressed for just a quick casual shopping trip? lol)
Would work even better were either the stairs or the railing correctly aligned (horizontally or vertically as the case may be). Other than that, hot chicks in red always make for nice photos and this is no exception.
