This looks over sharpened and the skin tones don't look right (over saturated?) I'm not sure how to help with the skin tones though as I'm still trying to figure that out for myself...

Nice snapshot - great expressions, but the other skater in the background is rally distracting and there's more blur in the forward boy's hands than I like to see.
