On the heels of the Religion challenge, I'm hoping folks aren't too tired of crucifixes (crucifi?). This should have been my Religion entry, but I think this creatively fits the Why theme as well, so I'm hoping it's judged on its own merits.

Levels to silhouette Jesus
Curves to make the clouds interesting
A fairly conservative USM to avoid halos

Love what you did with the sun here. Could represent heavenly light - or a crown of thorns. I also like that you chose to shoot this from the side and not the front as is typical. I'm not sure how I feel about the direct centering... but it's interesting.
