My first thought was that it doesn't look like he is anywhere near the water. I guess you expect to see a windsurfer near the water. Because of that, the shot makes you look just a bit longer, I guess.
Appearing to be very noisy on my monitor. I guess the problem with candids like this is that by their very nature you dont have time to adjust your settings
