I have to say this photo makes me curious. What is the story? Is this a photo of a photo, or did you take this Marine's actual service pic? The inclusion of this photo also makes me hope the "Why?" is not about harm coming to this man. Best,
hmmm.... How to vote this? I think it is a good idea, but it has some fundamental flaws for me. It obviously appeals to our patriotism (For those of us who are Americans) and it is certainly makes a statement. It seems to be a little lacking in originality and technically the photo has some issues (overexposure, lighting). I like the idea behind the photo. Change some things and fix the technical issues and this could be really moving, but as it is, I give it a 5.
I am not a good photographer, I do not claim to be better than anyone, any criticism is meant to be constructive criticism......
