I like the overall gray sense of this. Not many highlights,but I think it works and give a heavy sense in a way with the boat, wood of the pier and the rocky shore. My main critique is that the horizon isn't quite level. Tilt it maybe 1 or 2 degrees to the left and then it will have the balance it deserves. The focus is spot on. ;~D
Try not to do so much heavy PP - The blacks are lacking any detail and most of the whites have turned grey. A little less will make your black and whites stand out more.
