Wow, Jeff, I really like this image. Great colors and composition. I don't see any excess noise here at all; what some call grain/noise I see as texture of the grasslands that enhances the feel of the image. My only nit is that I might have eliminated the red dirt triangle on the left by shooting from a slightly different location and/or cropping, but that's just an artistic choice that isn't mine to make.

Nice landscape... im not sure if it would be better as a square crop, omitting the red part on the left. my eye is naturally drawn there first and then to the wind thing. thats only my opinion though.
