Thanks for all the great comments. Happy to do this well in a Free Study. And, yes, I used Noise Ninja when I didn't really need to, and it probably cost me some points. I'm still learning!!!
Striking shot, shame about the overexposed clouds. There's certainly enough shadow detail, I would definitely have brought the overall exposure down to keep detail in the highlights. Not sure about the placement of the horizon... it doesn't look like it was a deliberate decision to place it just below centre. PP has enhanced the textures of what may have been an okay photograph to one with more impact.
looks very good. I like the greeen grass and the blackness in the sky. I think the clouds could use a bit more contrast to darken them some but that' just me.

I like the overall composition of this alot - the winding road and the rolling pasture land is lovely. It appears, though, that a smoothing function of some kind (noise reduction, Neat Image, blur etc) has been used which has left some kinda muddy sections and removed some detail.
