this ph oto is very touching, I like how the center focus is on the learning material and you can see the different expressions o nthe kids face and their young skin and then the older looking hands of the teacher I presume.
wonderful capture. i just wish there was more light in the upper left so the expression on both of the children's face was equally visible. I like how this is framed and composed. karmat
Lighting and focus are off, but the picture has great atmosphere (maybe thanks to the low light and out-of-focus). I like the combination of the very old hands, just sticking into the picture and the intensily learning child.
very nice shot... the lighting on the child on the left of the frame is very nice... it's a little weak on the other side... the expressions definitely show a nice interpretation of the challenge... good work :) - jmsetzler
I like the mood you captured with the lighting, but it is also what bothers the most and give a sense of a posed picture. (Normal lighting for study would not be this dim.)

Darling shot in many ways....of course the kids but the hands are great! Wish we could of seen more of them. The light is good but it's just a bit too dark. I do like this and really love the feel here. Score 8 Justine
I just had to vote on this one before I went to bed tonight. I'm not even sure what it is about this photo but, I love it. I love the light and the shadows and the how the boys are framed in the shot. The reflection of light on the book is a little harsh but that doesn't really even bother me. I'm giving this an 8. Something about it just strikes me. KDJohnson :)
