Nice idea and composition. The lighting is good to minimize reflections, but it appears just a tad bit too dark. Other than that, this is an excellent image.
I think this would have been improved if the image had been rotated so that background appeared straight and if it had been cropped/shot such that the stem of the glass was in the centre of the frame.
