 It's a string. Spinning really, really fast. :)

Rotated and cropped the image, then adjusted the hue and upped the saturation. Resize, SFW. No sharpening on this one as it tended to blow out the highlights and I liked the softer look.

If I didn't have the anchor on the bottom left, I wouldn't appreciate the rest of what I am seeing. I love the color blue in this shot.
